Shipping Policy

At Efiling Infotech Pvt. Ltd., we strive to ensure that all orders are processed and shipped as quickly and efficiently as possible.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 36 hours after the payment is successfully completed.

Orders placed before 4:00 PM (IST) are usually shipped the same day.

Orders placed after 4:00 PM or on non-working days (Sundays and public holidays) are shipped on the next working day.

In rare circumstances, it may take up to 2 working days to dispatch the product.

2. Delivery Timeline

We ship to all serviceable pin codes across India.

For metro cities and well-connected areas, delivery typically takes 2–3 business days.

For other locations, delivery may take up to 5–7 business days, depending on the courier service availability and location.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control such as weather conditions, courier delays, or local disruptions.

3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, WhatsApp or SMS along with the tracking number and courier details.

You can track your shipment using the tracking link provided.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if any, will be mentioned at the time of checkout.

In most cases, shipping charges are included in the product price unless otherwise specified.
