• Business Registration Certificate [ Like GST Certificate ] with Proprietor & Firm Name on it signed by proprietor with stamp.
• One Passport Size Colored Photograph of Applicant. [ JPG / PNG Format ]
• Authorization Letter ( If Applicant is an employee ).

PARTNERSHIP

• Applicant PAN Card
• Partnership Deed Containing list of All Partners Name with partner’s signature and stamp.
• One Passport Size Colored Photograph of Applicant. [ JPG / PNG Format ]
• Authorization Letter ( If Applicant is an employee ).

COMPANY / LLP

• Applicant Employee ID Card Or HR Letter or PAN Card
• Authorization Letter ( List of Directors Signed by Authorised Signatory Signature and Seal / Board Resolution / Power of Attorney )
• 1 Passport Size Colored Photograph of Applicant. [ JPG / PNG Format ]
• Authorization Letter ( If Applicant is an employee ).

GOVERNMENT / PSU

• Authorization Letter or Department Letter or Relevant Document on Organization letterhead with Organization / Department Stamp and Mobile Number of Authorised Signatory.
• Employee ID Proof of Applicant or ID Card / Department Letter ( On Organization Letterhead )
• 1 Passport Size Colored Photograph of Applicant. [ JPG / PNG Format ]
• Authorization Letter ( If Applicant is an employee ).

DGFT DSC ( All Type )

• Applicant PAN Card / Organizational ID Proof
• Authorization Document ( List of Directors / Partnership Deed / Business Registration Certificate / Any Other Legal Document of Authorised Signatory.
• 1 Passport Size Colored Photograph of Applicant. [ JPG / PNG Format ]
• Applicant and Organization details.
• IEC Certificate
• Applicant eMail, Mobile & Video Verification by displaying original documents.

Foreign Organization User

• Scanned copy of Employee ID Proof of Applicant OR letter of ID.
• Scanned copy of Organization Address Proof. [ Electricity Bill / Utility Bill ]
• Scanned copy of Organization Authorization Letter.
• Scanned copy of Registration / Incorporation Document.
• Passport size Photo of the applicant in JPG / PNG format.

• eMail, Mobile & Video Verification of Applicant. Original Documents to be displayed in Video Verification.

Aadhaar Based eKYC

• Aadhaar & PAN Number of Applicant.
• eMail ID & Mobile Number of Applicant.
• 2-3 OTP received on Mobile for enrollment
• eMail, Mobile and Video Verification of Applicant.

PAN Based eKYC

• Scan Copy of 1 Passport Size Photo.
• Scan Copy of PAN Card of Applicant.
• Scan Copy of Address Proof of Applicant.
• eMail ID & Mobile Number of Applicant.
• 2-3 OTP received on Mobile for enrollment
• eMail, Mobile & Video Verification of Applicant by displaying Original PAN Card and Address Proof.

Foreign Individual User

• Scanned copy of Local Government issued ID Proof.
• Scanned copy of Local Government issued Address Proof
• Scan copy of Photo in JPEG/PNG Format.
• Applicant basic contact details.
• eMail, Mobile & Video Verification of Applicant. Original Documents to be present in Video Verification.
