IFFCO e-Procurement

• e-Procurement is an internet based value added application of e-commerce to facilitate, integrate, and streamline the entire procurement process, from buyer to supplier and back.There is no substitute of Digital Certificate/ Signature in e-commerce. This is approved by IT Act and has legal sanctity.

• Indian Farmers Fertilizer Co-Operative eProcurement / IFFCO Tenders
• Class 3 digital signature certificate (DSC) which has both encryption and signing features. The signing digital certificate is useful to the vendors for the purpose of logging onto the official portal. The encryption digital certificate is required for submission of bids.

ONGC e-Procurement

• Select Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd (ONGC) tenders are hosted on the ONGC e-procurement portal http://tenders.ongc.co.in. The tenderers, who wish to submit their bids, have to register on the portal. For all ONGC e-tenders listed on the ONGC e-tendering portal, the vendors have to submit their price bids and unpriced technical bids online.

During verification, you will also need to be physically present before a Registration Authority (RA), qualified by Certifying Authority due to their neutrality and reliability. NTPC e-Tendering

• Few tenders for National Thermal Power Corporation Ltd (NTPC) eprocurement are hosted on the NTPC e-procurement website. All prospective vendors can participate in the open tenders through this website. Wherever applicable, vendors need to pay tender fee to be able to access the online tender documents and submit bids online.

Garden Reach e-Procurement

• Sify Class 3 Digital Signature & Encryption Certificate Required and Pre-Requisites to submit tenders online.
• You should have a valid User ID to access GRSE e-Tender site.
• You should have a legally valid digital certificate as per Indian IT Act from the licensed Certifying Authority operating under the Root Certifying Authority of India (RCAI), Controller of Certifying Authorities (CCA) of India.
• You should have Internet connectivity, preferably broadband.
• You should have paid the requisite tender fee, as applicable, for the Bid Invitation. Tender fee as well as EMD will have to be paid by a Demand Draft in favour of Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers Ltd., payable at par at Kolkata and the same must reach GRSE official named in the e-Tender by speed post /courier before the closing of the particular e- Tender.

MMTC E-Procurement

AIR India e-Procurement

• Class-III Digital Signature required for coal india e-Proc.
• Air India is pleased to announce that we have activated new online bidding module for our non aviation products and services on 14th November 2014.
• Now, it would be mandatory/compulsory for bidders of non aviation products to submit online quotations and no paper bids would be accepted.
• New user names and passwords have been generated and mailed to all those registered vendors, whose details are available with us. Please visit our portal.

• In case you have not received your user name / password, please verify your email details as per the list attached . Your user name and password will be emailed to you on your registered ID only.
• Registration process for new vendors have also been activated. New vendors can now visit our portal and click on “Supplier Registration” link and fill the online form. On submitting the form, you would receive a questionnaire on your registered email ID and would be required to fill and submit the same to complete the registration process.

CPWD e-Procurement

• CPWD Online Tenders / Central Public Works Department eProcurement endors can access the Central Public Works Department (CPWD) tenders portal at https://www.tenderwizard.com/ROOTAPP/CPWD.jsp?company=CPWD. Users are advised to understand the changes made in CPWD works manual Section 20A.12. These changes will be applicable for notice inviting tender from 15/04/2014 onwards. The cost of tender documents for CPWD tenders has been waived off. Also the tender processing fee has to be paid via online payment modes such as credit cards, debit cards or net banking. Demand drafts would not be accepted for CPWD e-procurement. There are changes in the process for submission of the earnest money deposit for CPWD online tenders.

MSTC e-Procurement
