DSC Price List 2026 — What's Included & How Pricing Works
All DSC prices below are inclusive of 18% GST and free doorstep delivery anywhere in India. Select your certificate type, validity (1 or 2 years), and whether you need a USB token — the total calculates automatically.
Understanding the price components:
- Certificate fee: The cost of the DSC issued by CCA-approved Certifying Authority (eMudhra, SignX CA, Capricorn CA, PantaSign, or VSign). Validity options: 1 year or 2 years.
- USB Token (₹767, optional add-on): A FIPS-certified eToken (HYP2003, ProxKey, or mToken) to store your DSC securely. If you already own a compatible token, you can skip this.
- Video KYC / Personal Appearance (₹708 — CCA-mandatory for new applications): Since April 2021, the Controller of Certifying Authorities (CCA), MeitY requires Video KYC for all new DSC issuances. This is a regulatory fee — not optional for first-time applicants.
- Free delivery: Same-day dispatch via courier across India. Hyperlocal same-day delivery available at nominal charge.
Which DSC do I need?
- Class 3 Individual Signing: MCA21, GST, ITR, EPF, Director KYC, Trademark, Patent — ₹826 cert + ₹767 token + ₹708 KYC
- Class 3 Individual Combo: GEM portal, e-Tendering, eAuction, IREPS, NSWS, ICEGate — requires both signing + encryption certificates
- DGFT DSC: DGFT portal only — IEC applications, Country of Origin, MEIS/SEIS. Not interchangeable with Class 3.
