PAN-Based eKYC (For Individual applicant verification) 

• Scan Copy of 1 Passport Size Photo.
• Scan Copy of PAN Card of Applicant.
• Scan Copy of Address Proof of Applicant.
• eMail ID & Mobile Number of Applicant.
• 2-3 OTP received on Mobile for enrollment
• Email, Mobile & Video Verification of Applicant by displaying Original PAN Card and Address Proof.

For Organisation Type DSC applicant verification! 

PROPRIETOR

• Applicant PAN Card
• Business Registration Certificate [ Like GST Certificate/Trade Licence ] with Proprietor & Firm Name on it signed by the proprietor with a stamp.
• One Passport Size Colored Photograph of the Applicant. [ JPG / PNG Format ]
• Authorisation Letter ( If Applicant is not a Proprietor).

PARTNERSHIP

• Applicant PAN Card
• Partnership Deed Containing list of All Partners' names with the partner’s signature and stamp.
• One Passport Size Colored Photograph of the Applicant. [ JPG / PNG Format ]
• Authorisation Letter ( If Applicant is not among the partners ).

COMPANY /PVT LTD /LLP.

• Applicant PAN Card or Employee ID Card, or HR Letter.
• Authorisation Letter ( List of Directors Signed by Authorised Signatory Signature and Seal / Board Resolution / Power of Attorney )
• 1 Passport Size Colored Photograph of Applicant. [ JPG / PNG Format ]
• Authorisation Letter ( If Applicant is an employee ).

GOVERNMENT / PSU

• Authorisation Letter or Department Letter or Relevant Document on Organisation letterhead with Organisation / Department Stamp and Mobile Number of Authorised Signatory.
• Employee ID Proof of Applicant or ID Card / Department Letter ( On Organisation Letterhead )
• 1 Passport Size Colored Photograph of Applicant. [ JPG / PNG Format ]
• Authorisation Letter ( If Applicant is an employee ).

DGFT DSC ( All Types)

• Applicant PAN Card / Organisational ID Proof
• Authorisation Document ( List of Directors / Partnership Deed / Business Registration Certificate / Any Other Legal Document of Authorised Signatory.

Foreign Individual User

• Scanned copy of Local Government issued ID Proof.
• Scanned copy of Local Government issued Address Proof

• Applicant basic contact details.
• eMail, Mobile & Video Verification of Applicant. Original Documents to be present in Video Verification.
