1. Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) Orders
Once an order for a DSC is placed and payment is successfully made:
The cancellation request cannot be accepted under any circumstances.
This is because the process of DSC generation begins immediately by submitting your application to the Certifying Authority (CA), and the CA does not offer cancellation or refund once initiated.
2. USB Token Orders
If a customer places an order for a USB Token and the token has already been shipped or a shipping label/tracking ID has been generated, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
Please ensure that your shipping details are correct before placing the order.
3. Other Services
For all other services offered by Efiling Infotech:
Once the invoice is generated or service has been initiated (including document processing or backend access), the order becomes non-cancellable.
Custom solutions, consultancy, or compliance-based services once initiated cannot be canceled or modified.
